2 Chucks 1-1 1/2 inch thick and well-marbled
Cook on high 600+ for 15 minutes then lower temp to 300f and cook to your desired doneness.
1 Tbs Better than Bouillion Roasted Beef
1/8 cup Red Wine
Flour to thicken.
Bottled water to loosen.
