#SHORTS Smoked Chocolate Marshmallow Cookie

Craving something sweet?? Try these smoked chocolate marshmallow cookies 🤤🤤

These cookies were done on the Pit Boss 7-Series Vertical Smoker, and are the perfect addition to any meal.

Here’s how @dagoosechase made them:

½ cup butter, room temperature
¾ cup brown sugar
¼ cup granulated sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 egg
1 cup gluten free 1 to 1 flour, or all-purpose flour
½ cup cocoa powder
1 tsp baking soda
½ cup dark chocolate chunks, or chocolate chips
¼ cup mini marshmallows

1. First, preheat smoker to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
2. In a bowl beat your butter, brown sugar, and white sugar in a stand mixer for 1 minute. Beat until no clumps are left
3. Then toss in some vanilla extract and egg. Stir to combine.
4. Next, add in gluten-free flour, cocoa powder, and baking soda. Stir until a thick and sticky dough forms
5. You’re almost done, now fold in dark chocolate chunks and mini marshmallows                   
6. Best method to portion these cookies is to use a ice cream scoop and spray it with a little oil.
7. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until cookies are set in the middle
8. Finally, remove from smoker. Allow cookies to cool on pan for 10 minutes before carefully transferring to a cooling rack to finish cooling.
9. Enjoy!!
