Ingredient list
6 cans of peeled plum tomatoes
3 cans of tomato paste(on this cook I used 2)
extra virgin olive oil
5-10 cloves garlic(chopped)
1-2 Onions depending on size. I used 2 for this cook(chopped)

Seasonings for Gravy
Basil 1 Tbs
Oregano 1 Tbs
Tyme 1 Tsp
Parsely 1 Tbs
Red Whine. A good Cabernet Sauvignon 1/2 cup total

3-4 Lbs of Ground Veal, Ground Pork, Ground Beef. If you use beef make it lean beef. 93/7
Seasonings for meatballs
Salt, Pepper, Granulated Garlic
Onion Powder
Salt and Pepper, 1 Tsp garlic and onion 1 Tbs
3/4 to 1 Lb Pecorino Romano Grating Cheese.
3 hard rolls stale
