This is the best prime rib recipe I’ve ever made. We take some Kerrygold butter and season it up with some fresh rosemary and garlic. Then inject it into the prime rib. The results were simply amazing. The juice produced was off the charts. This prime rib recipe is a must-make!

Your favorite rub although I recommend that Carnivore Black,. Kerry Gold Butter. Fresh Garlic Fresh Rosemary. Follow along and cook 225f turning every 1/2 hour to 45 minetes. When 110f internal is reached turn up the pit and cook till the desired temp is reached.
