Hot Dog Burnt Ends.
Grab your favorite dog’s
1/2 stick butter
yellow mustard
brown sugar
your favorite rub. I like a sweet rub
pineapple chunks
your favorite BBQ sauce

Smoke them for 1 hour @225f
add to tin cut up add rest of ingredients and cook another 15-20 min @350f or until desired brownness is achieved!

Meat Balls
1 lb ground beef, lean
1/4 to 1/2 mild or hot sausage
3 bacon strips (chopped)
1/2 medium onion (chopped)
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley
1 large egg
SPG and O if you prefer
I like a nice-sized meatball for this recipe.

Bourbon BBQ sauce
1 cup barbecue sauce
1/8 to 1/4 cup bourbon
1/4 cup Honey
