Basic Beer Batter
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 beer room temp
any type of season you want.
Smoke up some beef Chuck.(see video linked) Part 1…
Cube up 1×1 just nice bite-size chunks.
Dust in seasoned flour.
When fresh oil hits 350-375 add for 5 minutes or so.
