Cooking a Chuck Roast is super easy. Use your favorite rub and run it 250f for approximately 3hrs. At that time you can let it run spritzing along the way, or wrap it in a foil pan as I’ve done here. You’ll want to bring it to 197f-205f or toothpick tender. You can pull it or serve sliced like a Brisket!

Horseradish Cream Sauce
1/2 Cup Mayo
2-4 Tbs hot horseradish to taste.
